And we are off!

Just after 6:30 this morning, the three amigo’s left Chilliwack.

And at 9:30 pm (Mountain time) we pulled into the metropolis of Bassano, Alberta, for the night.

It was a good day with good but not hot weather but driving was slowed by several highway construction projects. We didn’t take time for pictures until we stopped for the night and by then the light didn’t allow the photo to do  justice the beauty of the prairie sky and the fields of green and yellow (canola).

The  pick up truck pulled the cargo trailer very easily. In fact, we were at risk of forgetting that we were towing.

Kms for the day 1,010. Goal 1,000 kms.
